1. Processing Time
What is processing time?
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes order confirmation, payment verification, and packing your items with care.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that during peak seasons (like holidays or major sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

Canada

United Kingdom

Australia

European Union Countries

3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

Domestic(USA):5-7 business days

International: pls contact support@magicianebikes.com.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped (after processing), not from the date of purchase. Regarding the international orders, pls email us to get more details.

 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.

5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays are outside of our control. These can include:

Weather events

Carrier delays

Public holidays

Customs hold-ups (for international orders)

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
