Nebula is built around three core principles: Performance, Safety, and Smart Technology. Every Star Matrix eBike is designed to deliver a smooth, stable, and refined riding experience using premium components normally found on much higher-priced eBikes.
With a top speed of up to 32 mph and a range of up to 45 miles, NEBULA is equipped with a 1040Wh semi-solid state battery, Michelin belt drive, BAFANG inner 2-speed motor, hydraulic suspension, and 4-piston hydraulic brakes—delivering smarter performance with exceptional comfort and reliability.
Riders can easily switch between Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and Unlimited riding modes directly from the display, making it easy to adapt to local regulations and different riding environments.
1. Processing Time
What is processing time?
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes order confirmation, payment verification, and packing your items with care.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that during peak seasons (like holidays or major sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped (after processing), not from the date of purchase. Regarding the international orders, pls email us to get more details.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays are outside of our control. These can include:

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.

Manufacturer's Warranty Claim Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear of any covered component
- Chains, spokes, grips, tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, and cassettes.
- Any damage or defects to components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the eBikes owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the eBike as sold, operator error, water damage, or improper maintenance.

How we address our after-sales service — and we hear you.
- If your electrical system encounters any issues, our joint after-sales service center in Los Angeles, operated with Bafang, provides full support — including remote diagnostics, repairs, returns, and replacements.
- For other components under warranty, we’ll ship free replacement parts within 48 hours directly from our Las Vegas warehouse.
- Our Ontario warehouse also offers local repair and maintenance support to make sure you’re always taken care of.
Semi-Solid State Battery
A 52V 20Ah semi-solid state battery with a 35A protection board, built for safer and more reliable high-performance riding.
Designed to last up to 8–10 years with 1,200+ charge cycles, it also supports faster charging, better all-weather stability, and improved thermal safety compared with traditional lithium-ion batteries.
Michelin Belt Drive
A cleaner, quieter, and lower-maintenance drivetrain built for daily riding.
Compared with a traditional chain, the Michelin belt runs smoother, lasts longer, and requires no regular lubrication.
Bafang Inner 2-Speed Motor
A 52V 1000W motor with 1764W peak power, built for strong climbing, quick acceleration, and smooth cruising.
The internal 2-speed system automatically balances torque and speed, giving riders better performance without manual shifting.
